Intrastat and customs operations

1. INTRASTATE

The Intrastat system became operational starting with the 1st of January 2007, the date of Romania's EU accession. INTRASTAT statistical statement is completed by all economic operators whose introductions and/or shipments from/to the EU Member States exceed the value levels set for the reference year.

Given the requirement to stating and the fines applied in case of irregularities, we do the elaboration and submission of INTRASTAT statements for our customers. All necessary documents and information are processed by specialists with experience in the field and knowing the current legislation.

2. CUSTOMS OPERATIONS

For all non-trade operations, our company offers Customs related consulting services and representation in any customs office in Romania. Thus, we take over and elaborate the necessary documentation in accordance with the applicable law, we conduct customs import, export, temporary or definitive operations, and facilitate access to warehouses and customs warehouses.
